On behalf of our family I wish to express my deepest gratitude for the ceremony and services you provided for us. You handled everything with such personal compassion and concern. I had not expected you to personally handle every detail-- from answering the phone on the first ring when I first called to say my father had passed away to attending the mass and burial ceremony. To do all of this, on a weekend no less, was truly appreciated. I cannot express how impressed at am with your personal concern. You and your staff showed the utmost attention to detail. From the placement of flowers, to the organization of our guests, and the preparation of my father. My father was very ill and much of his image was lost due to that illness. You were able to restore his likeness to how I remembered him before his cancer. He had not looked so well in the past five years. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have my last memory of my dad be of how he looked when he was healthy and not when he was sick. That meant the world to me. I can attest that you handled our grief as a true professional. You were empathic, you listened, you were patient, you gave my mother a shoulder to cry on. You showed genuine concern for our family, that is going far above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for all you have done. You and your staff and your facility are absolutely first class.
